The Safari Tents
Our private tree-top tents are built high between the trees, offering comfort and privacy surrounded by nature. Each tent is connected to the main lodge and pool by wooden walkways, allowing you to enjoy the bush from above. Inside, you’ll find a spacious en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower – the perfect place to unwind after a day on safari.
The Safari Lodge
The main lodge is a relaxed space where guests can gather and enjoy the surroundings. It features a pool with a boma bar and a covered dining area that looks out over the watering hole. The watering hole attracts many birds and animals, making it a great spot to sit back and watch nature. Breakfast and dinner are included and served in the dining area or outdoors when the weather allows.
Big 5 Safari
Guernsey offers great wildlife viewing right at the lodge, with buffalo on the reserve and frequent leopard sightings. Guests can join guided game drives or walking safaris to explore the bush and spot a wide range of animals. For a full Big 5 experience, Lion Tree Top Lodge also arranges safaris to the Manyeleti Reserve (Greater Kruger) and Blue Canyon Private Game Reserve. Day trips to Kruger National Park are available too, and guests who prefer to explore on their own can enjoy self-drive safaris in the park.
